When you go through the registration process you will agree to several terms and conditions prior to completing your application. Your failure to read this information does not negate your agreement to abide by any terms and conditions set forth during the registration process.
Since you are registering as a member of our association, the MSA, being a 501©3 organization, reserves the right to refuse or revoke your registration at any time when deemed necessary by the board of directors and/or our office staff. The ill-treatment of our staff, our volunteer board members, and/or our referees will not be tolerated!
Additionally, when you register as a Member with the McKinney Soccer Association (MSA) you agree to be bound by any terms and conditions, rules and regulations, and/or by-laws of not only the MSA but also those of our parent organization, the North Texas State Soccer Association (NTSSA). The corresponding information can be found on the MSA and NTSSA websites.
Violations of the Parent’s Code of Conduct, Coach’s Code of Conduct, Player’s Code of Conduct and/or Playing Rules for Youth Players or the Playing Rules for Adult Players have differing consequences. These consequences can vary greatly depending on the circumstances and may include game dismissals, suspensions, fines, and/or could even result in a permanent ban from participation in the MSA and possibly the NTSSA. (The latter would include all other associations under the NTSSA umbrella of associations).
It is therefore extremely important that you read through the information for your participation level in the MSA and NTSSA, including Rule 3.11 from the NTSSA by-laws as this section governs your rights and protections as a member. You can look under the following headings of the MSA website which describe your roll as a member for further information:
The MSA by-laws are found under the About MSA page.
NTSSA Rule 3.11 is available as a tab button on most of the pages listed below.
