Adult Programs

McKinney Adult Recreational Soccer League

The adult soccer league was formed to be social in design, allow local residents to play with spouses and neighbors, and to improve the appreciation of the rules for those playing the sport. Not only is it a good sport to play to keep fit, we hope the adult soccer league can be a development program to stimulate interest in more competitive divisions already in existence. Registration for the Fall Season begins early June with a season start around the first week of September and the Spring Season registration starts early December with a season start around the first week of March. Please review all of the information below and the Adult Rules page as there are several specific rules that you need to be aware of and have an understanding of when playing in the MSA Adult Coed league.

Number of Games

While MSA plans for and schedules 8 games for Open and Over 30,  6 games for Over 40, MSA cannot guarantee all games will be played each season. Conditions outside of our control, such as the weather, may force us to eliminate games in order to meet the time requirements provided to us by the City of McKinney.

We at MSA will always do our utmost to get all the games played each season and will strive to minimize any inconvenience when these situations arise.

Playing in the MSA

All Decisions of MSA are Final.

Teams / players are responsible for their children, own clothing, equipment, etc. MSA and the City of McKinney Parks and Recreation Department are not liable for any costs or charges arising from any injury or accident arising from this program or associated activities.

All players are responsible for their own health and well being, and should only enter the program if they are physically able to do so.
