TOC is an invitation tournament for the league champions of all North Texas soccer associations in the following divisions: U10, U12, U14, U16 and U19. MSA sends the first place teams of the fall regular season. Guest Players are NOT allowed at this tournament. In leagues with multiple divisions, a playoff game will be held between the two first place teams (or top point finishers) from each division.
Many referees are young children; please treat them as you would want others to treat your children. Do not expect to have a perfect game called every game. Do not approach referees on the field for clarification of any rule. If you feel attention needs to be called to your field during a game, please find a field director.
Please respect and support our referees, without them, soccer games cannot be played.
MSA WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY BAD BEHAVIOR AT THE FIELD TOWARD OUR REFEREES, LEAGUE OFFICIALS, COACHES OR PLAYERS. ALL REPORTS OF ABUSE CAN RESULT IN SUSPENSION.
